POSITION SUMMARY:
We are excited to offer a $5000 total sign-on bonus ($1000 at three months, $1500 at six months, $2500 at 12 months)
A rapidly growing and award-winning vacation rental company based in Breckenridge, CO, is seeking a career-minded and motivated person who enjoys problem-solving, customer service, and variety in what they do. The ideal candidate will be a full-time Summit County resident (or immediate surrounding) with a desire to learn and develop skills as a maintenance technician in the hospitality industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter new work orders into the system and update existing work orders.
- Troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues related to appliances, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, general maintenance and repair work, etc.
- Conduct work order repairs, service requests, and preventative maintenance.
- Provide after-hours maintenance support in Breckenridge within 1 hour (rotating schedule).
- Additional duties as assigned to support our property management and vacation rentals business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Must be organized and capable of prioritizing work orders while managing time effectively.
- Must be detail-oriented and focused on quality and customer service.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to use basic technology and company software systems (with training).
- Must have a valid Colorado driver's license.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly: $25.00 - $32.00
