About This Job
The Operations Program Manager is a highly capable individual contributor responsible for driving operational improvements, implementing systems, and leading high-impact projects across the organization. This role works across teams and markets to identify opportunities, solve operational challenges, and turn ideas into scalable, repeatable solutions.
This person should be highly organized, tech-savvy, analytical, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from initial problem definition through implementation. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, collaborate with teams across the organization, and continuously look for better ways to operate.
Essential Job Functions
Lead cross-functional operational projects from initial concept through planning, implementation, rollout, and ongoing optimization, establishing timelines and milestones, coordinating stakeholders, and proactively addressing risks or roadblocks.
Identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement, developing practical solutions that improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and the experience of owners, guests, and employees.
Evaluate, implement, and optimize technology platforms, software, automations, integrations, and workflows, identifying opportunities to reduce manual work and improve company performance.
Become a subject matter expert in key operational systems and processes, helping teams use those systems effectively while developing scalable processes, workflows, standard operating procedures, and best practices across multiple markets.
Partner closely with local operations teams to understand challenges, gather feedback, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions that work effectively in real-world operating environments.
Collaborate with Operations, Guest Services, Sales, Onboarding, Finance, Marketing, and other functional teams to execute company initiatives and improve cross-functional workflows.
Analyze operational data and company metrics to identify trends, evaluate performance, and recommend opportunities for improvement; create reports, dashboards, templates, tools, and other resources that help teams operate more effectively.
Research and evaluate new technologies, vendors, and operational approaches that could improve company performance, and clearly communicate recommendations, project status, risks, and results to leadership and other stakeholders.
Take ownership of complex or ambiguous operational challenges, independently determining the appropriate path forward while managing multiple projects and priorities with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Other duties and special projects as assigned—because every day is different in hospitality!
