POSITION SUMMARY:

Are you a natural connector who thrives in dynamic, guest-facing environments? Oaks Property Management is looking for a high-energy, service-driven Weekly Rental Service Manager to lead the charge in delivering five-star guest experiences across our vacation rental properties in Newport Beach.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for everything from coordinating reservations to handling guest communications, solving problems on the fly, and keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors to ensure every stay exceeds expectations. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of vacation rental properties, including guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates and attract new guests
  • Monitor guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall guest experience
  • Prepare financial reports and budgets, analyzing performance metrics to drive profitability
  • Oversee software administration and platform integrations for daily operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in property management  at a vacation rental company is required
  • Proficiency in online rental and booking platforms is required
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Basic understanding of local rental laws and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the Streamline Rental platform is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 annually
