BANGTEL has entered an exciting new chapter of expansion and are looking for a Virtual Guest Services Representative to help navigate this next phase of growth.

Our team is on the lookout for a Virtual Guest Services Representative who can work closely with our Reservations Manager. We need someone who can be a valuable part of our company's success, helping us improve our processes and procedures.

What will your day be like as our Virtual Guest Services Representative?
Each day will bring different tasks depending on the needs of the business. With the seasonality and changing demands of the vacation rental industry, no two days will be exactly alike. As our Virtual Assistant, you’ll ensure that upcoming bookings have been completed properly, security deposits have been paid, and contracts are filled out correctly. You’ll also send out quotes and will be expected to use a high level of customer service skills when responding to guest messages across various platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct weekly oversight of listings, including tracking performance metrics, pricing adjustments, refunds, additional payments, and guest quotes.
- Monitor guest communications and notifications across various platforms and oversee cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Manage check-ins and check-outs using our PMS platform, Hostaway, ensuring all bookings have completed security deposits and rental agreements.
- Review completed tasks to identify and report any additional maintenance needs, coordinating with the team for assignment and follow-up.
- Regularly check and maintain crucial property elements like Wyze or Ring camera battery levels
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 -5 years in a role in the hospitality/ vacation rental industry
- Strong Spoken and Written English language skills
- Able to communicate professionally in an upbeat, fun, and positive tone
- Able to review guidelines, processes, and standard operating procedures
- Strong Wifi connection with a back up, tech-savvy, quick to learn and adopt new software.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Range: $7- $8 per hour based on experience and achievement.
Benefits: Bonus Pay for hitting certain benchmarks and milestones.
Schedule: 30 - 40 hours per week. Specific hours will be determined weekly by the Manager, but expect two 8 hour days per week and 6 PM - 10 PM daily as needed, in US, CST time zone.
