POSITION SUMMARY:
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for innovation and a drive to elevate the guest experience in the vacation rental industry? If so, this role has your name on it.
We’re looking for a dynamic Virtual Business Development Manager to take our brand to new heights. In this key leadership role, you’ll be crucial in building partnerships, driving market visibility, and increasing revenue growth—all while shaping Jungle House’s position as a leader in short-term rentals. Working closely with our CEO, you’ll develop growth strategies that add properties to our portfolio, maximize occupancy, and magnify our brand reputation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute business development, marketing, and sales strategies with clear KPIs to drive revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams, fostering a results-oriented culture.
- Oversee sales processes and market expansion, focusing on lead generation, property acquisition, and competitive positioning.
- Direct digital and traditional marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Identify and negotiate new partnerships and property acquisitions to expand the real estate portfolio.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies based on insights and market trends.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer service teams to integrate and optimize sales and marketing efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years experience in leadership roles within business development, sales, or marketing, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or vacation rental industries.
- Expertise in the short-term rental market, with a strong track record in driving revenue growth through innovative strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset, adept at using data to make decisions.
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and sales automation tools.
- Experience managing remote teams with the ability to inspire and motivate from a distance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Monthly Salary: $900 - $1,000 USD per month based on experience and achievement
Benefits available after Probation Period:
- 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (unused hours paid at end of year)

Schedule: This position requires availability from Thursday to Sunday, 10am—3 pm US EST one hour break, 4pm - 9pm US EST (with a one-hour unpaid break).
