POSITION SUMMARY:
Your ability to communicate effectively and organize daily tasks efficiently will be the keys to your success as our Philippines-based Virtual Assistant.
In our current search, we're seeking team players who we can rely on to log on daily to our systems, work well independently and offer excellent customer service to our guests. This position is perfect for you if you are proficient in conversational English, allowing you to quickly answer guest messages and texts that leave our guests feeling valued and confident they’re in good hands.
As part of your responsibilities, you will also oversee various administrative tasks, like reviewing rental agreements to ensure accuracy and completion, maintaining an up-to-date calendar and contacting the Airbnb support department when necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guest communications through message and text, 5 minutes turnaround for all basic messages
- Screening guest profiles
- Contacting Airbnb Customer support
- Filing Airbnb Claims
- Logging guest-reported issues in our project management software, click up
- Completing our morning, Midday and evening logistical checklists
- Checking rental agreements and reaching out to guests who haven't completed them
- Go through reviews and log feedback in project management software
- Updating Listings
- Review cleaners before/after pictures
- Review maintenance before/after pictures.
- Scheduling early check-ins, late check-outs, pet cleans, special requests, and add ons
- Calendar maintenance
- Direct support of our Vendor coordinator, assisting with handling cleaner requests, managing feedback from cleaners, and coordinating cleaner logistics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Willing to make this role your sole employment position
- Experience with or working knowledge of Airbnb
- Good command of the English language with the communication skills to de-escalate issues that may arise
- Resourceful and able to work well independently
- Excellent customer service skills
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $6 - $8 per hour
Bonus Details: Performance-based bonuses are made available after successfully completing the training period.
Availability: Hiring for multiple shifts with availability at least 1 weekend day. Times will vary from 7a-10/11p MDT depending on the shift.
