Initially managing a portfolio of over 35 homes, we’ve now sharpened our focus to cater exclusively to bachelorette groups with full-service concierge. POSITION SUMMARY:
As our Vacation Rental Reservations & Concierge Sales Associate, you’ll handle inquiries, manage bookings, and assist guests in selecting the right rental for their stay as well as handling upcharges and concierge package items. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide accurate information to help guests make informed decisions. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure smooth reservation processes and positive guest experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guest Inquiries: Respond promptly to phone, email, and online inquiries about available vacation rentals, pricing, amenities, and policies.
- Reservations: Manage bookings through our reservation system, confirming dates, property details, and guest requirements.
- Property Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all vacation rental properties to provide accurate recommendations and assist guests in choosing their ideal accommodation.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences through add-ons, special services, or alternative accommodations.
- Concierge Packages: Skills in compiling and promoting packages is a plus. Reaching out to community members, neighbors, and potential partners is a must to form partnership agreements and outstanding options for our guests.
- Customer Service: Handle guest questions, special requests, and any concerns with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
- Administrative Support: Update guest information, process payments, and maintain organized records for each reservation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of experience in reservation sales is required, preferably within the vacation rental or hotel industry.
- You’re detail-oriented, thorough with booking details, and enjoy staying organized.
- Comfortable using reservation software, CRM systems, and other online platforms.
- Clear, professional, and friendly in communication, whether on the phone or via email.
- Able to think on your feet and easily resolve guest inquiries or challenges.
- Flexible with scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and holidays during busy seasons.
- Must work weekends and assigned holidays. The current schedule will include a weekend day, Monday, and a 3rd day assigned as deemed for business demands.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- This is not a full time position and is contract based.
- 10% of each booking, upsell, and package commission will be paid out.
- $40,000 - $60,000 OTE - Commission only
