POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Vacation Rental Property Manager, you have the opportunity to get out from behind a desk to be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day condition of assigned properties inside and out, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe, and up to our guests' standards.

You will be the primary point of contact for guests, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will work closely with the CEO/COO.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in property management, with a proven track record of success in managing multiple properties simultaneously. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and the ability to problem-solve under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Commute to properties to perform inspections in person, completing housekeeping inspections and giving housekeeping feedback when necessary
  • Identify and address maintenance issues, making small repairs when possible
  • Establish professional relationships with housekeeping teams and third-party vendors
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure larger necessary repairs and maintenance are completed promptly
  • Maintain high cleaning and maintenance standards and create plans to keep the properties in excellent shape
  • Handle issues with guests if they arise, during business hours and after hours on an emergency basis

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Experience in the property management / hospitality industry is preferred
  • Basic understanding of home and vacation rental maintenance
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in the use of calendars and scheduling your time in the most efficient manner
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Proficient in using property management software and other relevant technologies
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with guests and vendors

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience with up tp $75,000 after performance based bonuses

Schedule: Some weekends and holidays required, 5 days a week schedule
