POSITION SUMMARY:

As our Vacation Rental Listing Manager, you'll be pivotal in ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly, providing stand-out property management services to short-term rental hosts and taking pride in ensuring that our client's properties are well-maintained and guest-ready

Alongside our close-knit administrative team, you'll organize schedules, lead collaboratively, and work with another manager and two leads to handle daily logistics and property upkeep. Crucially, you'll also swiftly address and resolve guest concerns, ensuring every issue is met with a timely and effective solution. This role is critical to maintaining our standard of excellence and ensuring guest satisfaction at every turn.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth property functioning.
  • Coordinate comprehensive scheduling for maintenance, cleaning, and guest services, maintaining up-to-date contractor information.
  • Proactively address and resolve guest and client concerns to maintain satisfaction and high standards.
  • Lead and manage rental assistants, overseeing customer service tasks, operational flow, and issue documentation.
  • Forge strong, proactive relationships with clients, offering guidance and exceeding expectations with clear communication and problem-solving.
  • Address property issues promptly, collaborate with vendors for quick resolution, and prioritize urgent matters.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to enhance efficiency, sharing insights to improve services and achieve results.
  • Overseeing and implementing contract terms with vendors, and serving as the primary liaison with vendor representatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Hospitality, Business, Real Estate, Communications) preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Airbnb and property management platforms is a plus.
  • Driver's license required.
  • Smartphone is required, with a work laptop provided.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 based on experience and achievement

Bonus: Bonuses will be awarded based on performance metrics

Availability: This on-site full-time position requires Sunday availability. Occasionally, it will require participation in being on-call or coverage of a 2nd shift to support the management coverage during vacations and absences.
