POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Tech to help care for our vacation homes in Upstate New York.
Your day-to-day will be spent maintaining our cleanliness standards in our laundry facility, attending any team or scheduled meetings, and preparing supplies for our Housekeepers.
Not experienced?
While experience is a plus, we’re also offering the right candidate extensive training in laundry equipment operations, laundering procedures, sewing, sanitizing, and guest safety so that you’ll be completely confident in your ability to set the stage for an impeccable stay for our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain Haven Vacation Rental Management laundry and facility using prescribed company standards.
- Assist with sewing as needed (for minor repairs).
- Identify and note any damages to laundry, reporting as necessary.
- Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products and report when supplies are needed at the laundry facility.
- Prepare the Housekeeper's supplies as needed, keeping an accurate inventory accounting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior laundry experience is a bonus, but we're ready to train you in the Haven Vacation Rental Management standard.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
- Smartphone and personal email address.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and lift over 20 pounds.
- Reasonable comfort level with computers and smart devices.
- Passion for cleanliness!
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: Up to $18.00 depending on experience
Bonus: A quarterly bonus is awarded based on individual and company performance.
