POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for detail-oriented and guest-focused Part and Full Time Vacation Rental Inspectors to join our team in Sedona. To be successful, the position requires someone with excellent multitasking and organizational skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our vacation rental properties meet and exceed Stay Porter’s standards. You will inspect and evaluate properties for cleanliness, check inventory, perform re-staging, and complete other duties as assigned.

The right applicant will have an eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to follow and execute instructions carefully. Mileage reimbursement is available in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Thorough Inspections: Conduct detailed inspections of both the interior and exterior of properties to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Issue Identification: Identify potential maintenance and housekeeping needs, such as broken items, safety hazards, or cleanliness issues.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the operations team to report findings and coordinate repairs or cleaning.
  • Light Maintenance: Perform minor tasks like replacing light bulbs, air filters, or batteries.
  • Safety Checks: Ensure fire alarms, CO2 monitors, and other safety features are working properly.
  • Pool Maintenance: Handle minor pool maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Cleaning Assistance: Assist with light cleaning duties when necessary.
  • Compliance: Verify that the property complies with company standards, local zoning laws, and occupancy limits.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in the hospitality or property management industry is desired; vacation rental experience is preferred
  • Sharp attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
  • Basic handyman skills are helpful.
  • Be proficient in using mobile technology.
  • Personal, reliable transportation, valid Driver's License, and proof of vehicle insurance.
  • A good driving record is often required.
  • Must be flexible in the hours and days worked, including weekends.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $23.00 - $26.00 / hour Plus Mileage
