POSITION SUMMARY:

Our Inspectors are an integral part of our Seaside Team, and help ensure Guests arrive to a well prepared Vacation Home. Do you have great attention to details? Do you like making sure everything is in place and in good working order? Our inspectors make sure our homes are warm and welcoming, and help us create a fabulous first impression for our Guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inspect homes after guest departure to check for damage, report maintenance issues, and remove linens.
  • Make sure homes present beautifully by fluffing pillows and staging homes to our Brand Standard.
  • Delivering our Welcome Bags to properties, and making sure the home is well-stocked.
  • Other various tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have attention to detail
  • Must be able to lift 30lbs
  • Must have own transportation
  • Must be available weekends
  • Have a great attitude? We will train you!

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $17.00
