Now, we’re searching for a Property Inspector/Housekeeper who loves working in our vibrant community, is excited about the hospitality field, and thrives on making every property a home away from home for our guests.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a results-oriented, hospitality-driven individual to join our friendly team as a Property Inspector/Housekeeper. Your role will be to maintain our impeccable standards in the foothills of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina.

You will be responsible for ensuring all our lakefront homes, log cabins, townhomes, condos, and cottages are well-maintained and staged for our next guests.

Your Day To Day: 

This role goes beyond inspections. Our team will rely on you to be the eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring every detail is flawless. With a consistent workload and the stability of our well-established company, your knack for detailed and accurate work will be crucial to our success.

Each day, you’ll start with a plan, reviewing the day’s priorities. Then you’ll inspect and perfect - meticulously moving through our inspection checklist. From there, you’ll fix it, stage it, and ensure it’s ready for guests. You’ll also be called on occasionally to assist with hands-on tasks to support the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform inspections for cleaning and maintenance issues
  • Completing the inspection checklist.
  • Troubleshoot electronics, TV, WiFi
  • Maintain orderliness of property and assist in staging properties for guest and owner arrivals.
  • Perform minor maintenance repairs.
  • Report large maintenance issues.
  • Restock and manage property inventory.
  • Deliver needed items to guests on request.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Able to commute to and from properties.
  • Basic home repair knowledge
  • Must have a smartphone, able to learn company apps and use them effectively
  • Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods, with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation to and from work
  • Current auto insurance
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and extremely thorough

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience and achievement
