POSITION SUMMARY:
We are offering a $750 Sign- On Bonus!
$250 bonus after 6 months of full-time employment and an additional $500 after 12 months of full-time employment!
We're looking for a dependable Housekeeper with at least one year of cleaning experience. This is a part-time role, reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Hours include standard weekdays and Sundays between 10 am and 5 pm. Please let us know if you have 2+ years of experience or have previously held a supervising role.
The mission of the Housekeeper is to clean and turn over our vacation rental properties efficiently yet thoroughly. This important member of our team must be highly attentive to detail, possess a positive attitude, and work well with others.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean vacation rentals from top to bottom (including but not limited to mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, thoroughly cleaning surfaces, etc).
- Required to follow instructions exactly as directed.
- Work independently and work smart to get the job done on time.
- Complete tasks thoroughly without cutting corners.
- Adhere to the company’s guidelines and protocols.
- Report to management with clear and concise information regarding your responsibilities and anything else related or essential for management to be made aware of.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of Housekeeping experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Available to work a minimum of 2 Sundays per month.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds.
- Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle.
- Fully functional smartphone to receive assigned tasks and communicate with the team.
- No criminal history
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly: $14.00
