POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Vacation Rental Housekeeper to help create exceptional guest experiences in Fort Myers Beach, FL. In this role, you’ll ensure our vacation homes and condos are immaculately clean, well-stocked, and guest-ready, setting the stage for unforgettable stays. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare vacation rental properties to guest-ready standards, including cleaning, staging, and restocking supplies.
- Change linens, make beds, and set up welcome touches for guest arrivals.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and high-traffic areas with attention to detail.
- Inspect properties for cleanliness, inventory needs, and any maintenance issues.
- Report damages, missing items, or necessary repairs to management promptly.
- Work with the operations team to ensure timely property turnovers.
- Follow company cleaning checklists and meet strict quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous housekeeping experience in vacation rentals or hospitality preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet quick turnaround times.
- Reliable transportation to access various properties in Fort Myers Beach.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout the day.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly: $15 - $21.00
Benefits:
- Flexible schedule with 30–40 hours per week, depending on the season and bookings.
