POSITION SUMMARY:
We seek an experienced Housekeeper or Housekeeping Team to maintain the pristine condition of a large vacation rental home in Coloma, Michigan. This luxurious property boasts five bedrooms, including two twin bunk beds and 4.5 bathrooms. Cleanliness and attention to detail are paramount to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform thorough cleaning of all interior spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and common areas.
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing surfaces to maintain a spotless environment.
- Change linens and make beds to hotel standards.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and tubs.
- Ensure all appliances, fixtures, and furnishings are clean and in working order.
- Manage laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and amenities as needed.
- Perform occasional deep cleaning tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in luxury home cleaning or hotel housekeeping preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently to meet high cleanliness standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Paid a piece rate of $300 per clean.
