POSITION SUMMARY:
Our team needs a 2-3 person cleaning team* with exacting standards to step into the role of Property Cleaner/Caretaker for a beautiful home in Manitou Beach. As the caretaking team of this home, you’ll ensure that the property always meets our commitment to providing top-notch vacation rentals and management services to both our guests and homeowners.
In order to be the right candidate for this role, it’s important that you live no further than 30 minutes from Manitou Beach so that you can perform the turnover cleaning - completely resetting the property from “lived-in” to pristine in a timely manner. Each cleaning is typically scheduled between 11-4 pm, making it ideal for candidates with school-age children or competing priorities in the evening.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean home that has 1 Queen bed, 6 single beds (including 2 sets of bunk beds) and 2 trundle beds.
- Perform a deep clean every time, ensuring the kitchen and bathrooms sparkle; it will also include duties such as mopping, vacuuming, restocking amenities, and tidying up the grounds.
- Wash, dry, and replace linens with the use of the onsite washer and dryer
- Ensure garbage is taken to the curb weekly on Mondays,
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous Airbnb/vacation rental cleaning experience a plus
- Thorough, dedicated, and meticulous in your work
- Consistent access to reliable transportation
- Must live within 30 minutes of Manitou Beach.
- Excellent and quick communicator via text, phone, and/or email.
- You must be trustworthy and reliable to work in someone’s home.
- Possess supreme attention to detail.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The piece rate is $350 for each clean.

Schedule: You must be available for a flexible schedule. You will have a 5-hour window between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. to complete the cleaning.
