POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in Corporate and Business Transactions. Experience in litigation, particularly probate litigation, is a valuable addition. The ideal candidate will focus on real estate, corporate & business law, financial and banking services, and mergers & acquisitions.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $130,000 - $200,000
Bonus: Bonus consideration.
