POSITION SUMMARY:

The Staff Cleaner position is a full or part-time opportunity to join our team of superstars. This means you’ll work independently or as a team to transform our properties from "lived-in" to sparkling clean.

With meticulous attention to detail, we are seeking a hard worker who will take pride in upholding our high standards - treating every property as if it were their own.

Your Role

This role offers a steady schedule where you’ll focus on departure cleans to reset and restock the home before the next guest's arrival. You will also conduct mid-stay cleanings at the request of our guests, which will require you to maintain a friendly and professional attitude. Periodically, deep cleans will be scheduled to ensure you have the time to make every window sill, corner, and window a shining example of our dedication to 5-star stays.

Our team has put together a comprehensive checklist to support you in this role so you can confidently achieve success with every clean. This checklist will guide you through the process, ensuring consistency across all our rentals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning
  • Ensure vacation rentals are stocked with necessary supplies
  • Conduct periodic deep cleans to uphold high cleanliness standards
  • Perform mid-stay cleans as requested by the guest and assist guests with cleaning requests as needed
  • Report any deficiencies or repair needs to management promptly
  • Follow “Resortica's Standard Unit Appearance” checklist to maintain consistency across rentals
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team and assist with other housekeeping needs as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Housekeeping background required, preferably in vacation rentals
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Detail oriented, great problem-solving abilities, and sufficient English-speaking communication skills.
  • Excellent attitude, strong work ethic
  • Very reliable, punctual and responsible, with the ability to meet the physical expectations for a cleaning job (mopping, scrubbing, lifting and carrying supplies, etc, being on your feet several hours a day)
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and company policies/procedures

Hourly Wage: $23 - $27 per hour based on experience and achievement
