POSITION SUMMARY:

JCQ Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Construction Project Manager to lead high-impact hotel renovation projects across Central Florida. This role is responsible for overseeing all phases of construction from preconstruction planning through execution and closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate brings a combination of deep construction expertise, strong client relationship management, and strategic sales acumen, with proven success in the hospitality sector. As a senior leader, you will mentor teams, build client trust, and drive business growth through operational excellence and innovative project delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage hotel renovation projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust, resolving issues, and maintaining strong long-term relationships.
  • Leverage industry knowledge and relationships to identify and secure new project opportunities, contributing to overall business growth.
  • Supervise and mentor estimators, site managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure efficient project delivery and a collaborative work environment.
  • Partner with the Preconstruction department to develop detailed budgets, schedules, and resource plans. Offer value engineering recommendations that align with client needs.
  • Use software tools such as Procore, BIM 360, Microsoft Project, and Sage to manage project documentation, schedules, and communications.
  • Uphold high standards of workmanship, site safety, and regulatory compliance throughout each phase of the project.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment at all times.
  • Conduct routine inspections of job sites to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to scope and specifications.
  • Travel as needed across Central Florida to support active projects and business development initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on hospitality renovations—especially hotel room refurbishments.
  • Proven track record managing projects for major hotel brands, including experience with properties in the Disney World and Universal Studios areas.
  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development, with a robust network in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficient in project management platforms such as Procore, BIM 360, Microsoft Project, and Sage.
  • Strong background in estimating and preconstruction planning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to safely navigate and inspect active construction sites.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Central Florida as required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $120,000 - $150,000
