POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a responsible, committed, and detail-oriented Short-Term Rental Inspector to support our vacation rental operations in Melbourne and Titusville.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect vacation rental apartments before guest arrivals and after checkouts
- Perform full cleanings of apartments when needed, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and balconies
- Ensure beds are properly made and the apartment is guest-ready
- Restock linens, towels, and basic supplies
- Lead and support the cleaning crew while working independently
- Report damages, missing items, and maintenance issues with photos and notes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with cleaning is required (hospitality experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to lead, train, and supervise cleaning staff
- Responsible, strategic, organized, and reliable
- Reliable transportation to travel between properties
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Compensation Range: $17.00 - $18.00
Schedule:
- Thursday through Tuesday
- Mandatory weekend availability
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 40-minute lunch break
