POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Senior Maintenance Technician at Together Resorts, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the company's properties. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in maintenance, with extensive experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various systems and equipment. They should be skilled in areas such as plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, and general repairs.

The Senior Maintenance Technician should possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. They should have a keen eye for detail and be proactive in identifying and addressing maintenance issues before they escalate. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, diagnosing and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address potential maintenance problems proactively
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed, including time, materials, and costs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the property and guest satisfaction
  • Train and mentor junior maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
