POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a goal-oriented sales role designed for confident, self-motivated professionals who are passionate about making a difference. As a Sales Representative at Pulse Medical LLC, you’ll connect senior customers with life-saving solutions, engaging with qualified warm leads to identify their needs and provide value through one-call closings. Your role goes beyond sales—it’s about helping seniors stay safe and independent. You’ll complete accurate paperwork, work toward individual and team sales targets, and bring a positive, persuasive attitude to every interaction.
This remote, full-time position follows a five-day workweek that includes Saturday and Sunday, with two consecutive weekdays off for those working both weekend days. The role starts with a ramp-up period offering a base salary plus commission, transitioning to a commission-only structure with significant bonus opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with qualified warm leads—no cold calling required
- Identify customer needs and provide life-saving solutions through one-call closings
- Complete accurate and timely sales documentation
- Consistently strive to achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Represent the company with a positive, solution-focused attitude
- Maintain a quiet, professional remote workspace with reliable equipment

QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of sales experience with outbound cold calling is required

Proven ability to close deals within a short sales cycle (35–45 minutes)

Prior experience selling medical equipment or lifesaving devices is a plus

Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven with a strong work ethic

Ability to work remotely with a reliable Wi-Fi connection, laptop, headset, and a distraction-free workspace

Comfortable working weekends, with flexibility to take two weekdays off

Experience working with senior populations is an asset

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Close or similar platforms) is preferred

Must bring a positive attitude and strong communication skills to every interaction

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $60,000 - $100,000
