POSITION SUMMARY:

We're looking for a driven individual with experience in the short-term rental industry who will thrive in our fast-paced start-up environment as our Sales Representative.

Your mission? 

As a Sales Representative at HostGenius, you will be pivotal in expanding our property portfolio and driving organizational growth. This role involves managing inbound leads, executing cold outreach, and serving as the initial point of contact for sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Management: Manage inbound leads from our website and execute cold outreach via calls and emails to broaden our property portfolio. Act as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries.
  • Client Relationships: Develop deep connections with clients to accelerate the sales process.
  • Lead Qualification: Screen leads and prospects to ensure they meet HostGenius's standards.
  • Sales Communication: Communicate the advantages of our services effectively to potential clients.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Formulate Sales Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and spearhead the development of automated sales processes.
  • CRM Management: Log all client interactions and activities in our CRM system (Hubspot) to keep client and prospect information current.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in the short-term rental industry - a MUST.
  • Proven track record in sales with a growth-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively.
  • Initiative to develop and optimize sales processes.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Monthly Salary: $1500 - $3000

Bonus: Generate commissions based on number of successful sign-ups each month
