When you dive into this role as our Sales & Marketing Agent, you'll be on the frontline in engaging potential clients and leveraging every interaction to build our portfolio and propel our presence.

Armed with leads provided by our team, your knack for strategic sales outreach, networking, and effective relationship-building will be your path to success.

Besides advancing our brand, you will leverage your position as a licensed real estate agent to support our Brokerage in real estate transactions. Your days will be filled with dynamic interactions, from communicating with industry professionals to representing our business at events to expand our portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage Successfully with Provided Leads: Engage with potential property owners interested in listing their properties with Rent Siesta Key for property management services.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with property owners, real estate professionals, and industry contacts to participate in generating referrals and leads.
  • Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and in-person meetings to pitch Rent Siesta Key's property management services and secure new business contracts.
  • Networking and Events: Represent Rent Siesta Key at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our services and expand our presence in the vacation rental market.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and strategic positioning.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including property management, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless onboarding and management of new properties.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with licensing requirements and regulations governing real estate transactions, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Required: You must hold a valid real estate license or be willing to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in real estate, property management, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, able to work with a diverse group of people.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive prospecting, lead generation, and business development approach.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and industry stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Compensation: Commission-only pay structure with an OTE of $100,000
