POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a driven and resilient Sales Development Rep to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. As a Sales Development Rep, you will be the frontline of our sales efforts, engaging with potential customers and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a "hunter" mentality, with the confidence and energy to make high-volume outbound calls and the perseverance to quickly rebound from rejection. You will be motivated by metrics and personal accountability, thriving in a fast-paced environment where your success directly contributes to the company's overall objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to drive 50-100 outbound calls per day. Proactively handle all inbound and outbound leads in your territory, both warm and cold, with scheduled follow-ups. Embraces high activity as a driver of results and remains resilient in the face of rejection
  • Qualification and Prioritization. Ability to drive engagement by understanding major elements of the customer profile, asking and documenting the most important questions to determine the opportunity, timeline and potential
  • Ability to conduct short introductory demonstrations of property management software and close low-value purchases
  • Generate enough interest to drive next steps such as a full customized demo or a consultative appointment for larger MRR opportunities
  • Proficient on the phone and comfortable using CRM to document all actions, including failed calls, follow-up dates, etc. Recognizes that CRM must be the primary tool and ultimate source of truth
  • Continued Growth, staying self-motivated to constantly learn. Looks at the job as an opportunity to become an expert. Insatiable curiosity and desire to become an expert in customer needs, product, CRM, and company policies, at every turn
  • Coordinate and implement targeted and effective email campaigns with the Country Manager and the US Marketing Team. Learn how to run quick campaigns
  • Ensure optimum sales performance and achieve the company's overall objectives

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales role with cold calling, lead generation, or outbound prospecting.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently present, handle objections, and build rapport over the phone and via virtual meetings.
  • Persuasive presenter, skilled at virtual demos, with high emotional intelligence to read and respond to buyer behavior
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals, KPIs, or performance metrics in a target-driven environment.
  • Track record of self-management, including time management, task organization, and follow-through on pipeline activity and documentation.
  • Experience conducting pre-call research and using sales scripts to guide productive, tailored outreach efforts.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and a strong understanding of the importance of data accuracy and disciplined record-keeping.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, tech literate. Comfortable using sales technology and digital tools, with a demonstrated ability to learn new platforms quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior success in a remote or hybrid sales environment, with experience using tools like Zoom, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Results-oriented with a performance mindset. Self-starter with ownership mentality.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience selling software, SaaS products, or digital solutions, ideally in a B2B setting.
  • Familiarity with the vacation rental or property management industry
