Juniper is a premier vacation rental management and home watch company serving the beautiful beach towns of Southwest Michigan. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and high-energy Remote Sales Assistant.

POSITION SUMMARY:
You aren’t just answering emails; you are the architect of the customer journey. You will be the "front line" of communication, ensuring every homeowner who reaches out to Juniper feels heard, educated, and valued.
Your mission: Move leads through our pipeline with speed and clarity, making it easy for them to say "yes" to a partnership with us.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Response: Rapidly follow up with inquiries via email, phone, and text.
- Education: Explain our programs, permit requirements, and what it takes to get a home "rental-ready."
- CRM Mastery: Keep our HubSpot pipeline pristine. You'll document every interaction, set follow-up tasks, and track referral payouts.
- The "Gatekeeper": Qualify leads and schedule high-value appointments for our CEO.
- Resource Distribution: Send out our digital flipbooks, market stats, and onboarding checklists to keep prospects engaged.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional Communication: You have a "polished-yet-approachable" writing style. You can explain complex processes simply.
- Tech Savvy: You're comfortable with HubSpot (or similar CRMs) and Google Workspace.
- Detail Obsessed: Nothing slips through the cracks. You live for a good checklist.
- Local Insight: (Preferred) You know the Harbor Country vibe and the difference between New Buffalo, Union Pier, and Lakeside.
- Experience: (Preferred) Backgrounds in Real Estate, Hospitality, Property Management, or Inside Sales are a huge plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Pay Compensation Range: $16.00 - $20.00 an hour
Bonus: Set amount per every contract signed
