POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales & Reservations Agent is responsible for managing inbound and outbound guest communications, providing exceptional service, and maximizing bookings for our properties. This remote position reports to the Sales & Reservations Manager. The agent’s day-to-day includes assisting in-house guests with questions or issues, following up on sales leads, processing payments, and delivering personalized travel planning support.
The role begins with a two-week, in-office training period on Anna Maria Island before transitioning to remote work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, chats, and emails from in-house guests and prospective clients.
- Assist in-house guests with questions, issues, and requests leading up to and during their stay.
- Follow up on sales leads and conduct warm outreach to potential guests.
- Provide quotations and booking options tailored to guest needs to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Make outbound calls to nurture leads and close sales opportunities.
- Process payments and ensure all transactions are handled securely and accurately.
- Build rapport and establish relationships with guests to elevate their experience.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Adhere to established processes and protocols for reservations and guest service.
- Demonstrate a sales hunter mentality, proactively seeking opportunities to increase bookings.
- Maintain a quiet, professional workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, reservations, hospitality, or customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Proven ability to follow up on leads, nurture prospects, and close sales opportunities
- Highly organized with attention to detail in handling reservations, payments, and guest records
- Must have a dedicated home office setup with desk and chair in a quiet, distraction-free environment, along with a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download / 200 Mbps upload).
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Pay: $17

Flexible schedule. Saturday availability required.
Location: Initial training at the Office on Anna Maria Island, transitioning to remote work after.
