POSITION SUMMARY:

If so, Bluewater Vacation Homes may be the perfect fit for you! We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for hiring, training, managing, and reviewing our Hospitality Department team members, as well as handling sales and revenue goals, listing management, and new home onboarding tasks. This position is a part of Bluewater’s Leadership Team, and you will have the ability to learn and grow professionally and have direct input into the direction and initiatives put forth to continue our growth path.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a background in hospitality management, as well as demonstrated experience leading and developing multiple teams and offering support to staff members. In addition, the successful candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to establish a professional rapport with customers and other team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and motivate the Hospitality Team
- Ensure Bluewater achieves budgeted revenue goals
- Recruit, train, and review staff on a regular basis
- Maintain listings, build relationships, and stay up to date with OTA
- Tasks associated with onboarding new homes
- Take an active role in Bluewater’s Leadership Team
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hospitality management experience required (vacation rental or hotel management)
- Proven track record of creating and implementing KPIs and processes for Sales and Guest Services departments
- The ability to lead and develop multiple teams and offer support to staff as needed
- Experience in building high-performing teams, including the ability to recognize and cultivate rising talent.
- Ability to delegate, set goals and meet company objectives
- Strong computer skills
- Detail oriented including specific measurables and a proven track record
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $65,000 - $110,000 On Track Earnings OTE based upon experience, expertise, achievement, and proven track record.
