POSITION SUMMARY:
Sunlit Vacation Rentals is looking for a reliable Runner to join our team in Daytona Beach, FL. This role involves performing running items to properties, assisting local staff, and ensuring our properties are well-maintained, and the potential for light maintenance tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be responsive to guest needs to provide an exceptional experience for our guests, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving. A clean driving record and reliable transportation are required. Familiarity with the Breezeway platform is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver items to properties as needed, assisting the cleaning
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
- Deliver and set up items for guests upon request (e.g., linens, kitchenware, or small appliances).
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while representing the brand in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain and organize office inventory during down time
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation (gas or mileage reimbursed)
- Comfortable completing minor repairs
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $18 - $20
Gas / mileage paid by company
Bonus
- Occasionally guests need repairs or items after hours, bonus or compensation provided for after hours requests
Schedule
- Friday 10am-6pm (flexible)
- Saturday 10am-6pm (required)
- Sunday 10am-6pm (required)
