POSITION SUMMARY:

Tahoe Signature Properties is looking for a skilled and dedicated Revenue Manager Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a sharp attention to detail, a passion for the vacation rental industry, and a focus on maximizing revenue through strategic pricing and inventory management.

As a Revenue Manager Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in updating listings, monitoring performance, and providing valuable insights to management. Your ability to analyze data, identify trends, and offer proactive recommendations will be key in optimizing our revenue strategy and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will be motivated by results, who gets exited when to see bookings are made.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage client Revenue Management accounts, ensuring accurate pricing strategies.
  • Update listings weekly
  • Updating and maintaining internal documentation to track revenue performance.
  • Update and manage client revenue reports, including projections and performance tracking.
  • Report the revenue performance of properties to management
  • Maintain department dashboards, tracking key revenue and pricing metrics.
  • Generate and distribute client and owner reports, summarizing key financial insights.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of Hospitality or Short Term Rental experience
  • Revenue Management experience is preferred, but we will also train the right candidate.
  • A high level of precision and attention to detail is critical for success in this role.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and repetitive tasks.
  • Must have a good understanding of Excel for basic reporting and data management.
  • Given the access to sensitive client accounts, trustworthiness and a sense of responsibility are non-negotiable.
  • Willing to learn and results driven, must be punctual, reliable, and committed to the tasks at hand.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $8 - $12
