POSITION SUMMARY:
Do you excel at combining data insights with strategy to deliver great results?
We’re looking for a highly analytical and disciplined individual with expertise in vacation rental management and dynamic pricing to be our Revenue Manager. You’ll lead pricing strategy, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization.
As a key player reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll take charge of crafting and executing pricing models to optimize bookings on platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and execute dynamic pricing strategies to optimize occupancy and profitability.
- Analyze market trends, historical data, and competitor activity to forecast demand.
- Monitor and improve performance across all distribution channels, including OTAS and direct bookings.
- Maintain and improve revenue management systems, tools, and processes for maximum accuracy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, guest services, and operations to align strategies.
- Deliver detailed, data-driven performance reports (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy).
- Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities through promotions, minimum stay policies, and inventory controls.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, or related field (MBA Preferred).
- 3+ years of revenue management experience in vacation rentals or hospitality.
- Proven expertise in dynamic pricing, forecasting, market analysis, and booking behavior trends.
- Proficient in revenue tools such as Track, TouchStay, PriceLabs, Beyond, or Wheelhouse.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple markets and optimize OTA performance.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and communication skills, with a deep passion for the vacation rental industry.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 based on experience and achievement
Bonus: Annual bonuses are awarded based on performance and merit.
