In this role as Revenue Manager, you’ll dig deep into the world of property management as you take charge of setting rates for our portfolio of vacation rental properties, ensuring we harness every revenue opportunity.

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Bryant Real Estate property rentals, staying updated on competitors and our market position.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to design targeted promotions based on rental inquiries and market analysis.
  • Set clear revenue goals, monitor actual performance against the budget, and generate regular sales reports.
  • Manage and adjust pricing strategies and stay restrictions seasonally, ensuring they align with market forecasts and property specifics.
  • Analyze individual property performance and adjust rental rates accordingly to optimize profitability.
  • Hold regular meetings with Marketing and Property Management to discuss progress and meet with property owners to align goals and strategies.
  • Monitor portfolio occupancy levels and aid in forming market projections to shape our forward-looking strategy.


  • Strong multi-tasking skills along with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Expert computer skills are required.
  • Experience with Beyond Pricing, Track PMS, and Key Data Dashboard are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation

Annual Salary: $50,000 to $65,000 based on experience and achievement
