POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Revenue & Analytics Manager at our dynamic company, you will be the mastermind behind our pricing strategies for our portfolio of 80 properties (and counting) across 13 states.

We’re looking for the right person with the expertise to establish a database for property performance to create business and property analytics. Your role will also involve analyzing our performance metrics and generating comprehensive reports. These reports will monitor

progress and guide our strategies, providing precise insights for crucial pricing decisions that optimize guest satisfaction and homeowner profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set future nightly rates for homes.
  • Monitor market trends.
  • Provide performance reports for homes.
  • Create comps for new homes.
  • Set up a database with API feeds from our PMS to track performance
  • Set up Business Analytics reports through Tableau or alternative software
  • Provide the team with weekly analytic reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the vacation rental industry.
  • Passion for data and analytics.
  • Self-drive to be proactive rather than reactive.
  • Must possess a team attitude.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $60,000 to $65,000 based on experience and achievement.

Bonus: 

  • After six months, employees receive a paid vacation of up to $1,000 to stay at a short-term rental.
  • After one year, employees are entered into quarterly profit sharing starting at 0.25% of total rent revenue, increasing annually by .05% with a cap of .5%.
