As our Reservations Agent at Florida Vacation Connection, you are the first point of contact and our resident expert in making vacation dreams come true.

Your role is to pair guests with the perfect property, customizing each experience to their needs. During their stay, you will be their guide for all things Florida Vacation Connection. With your stand-out customer service skills, you'll address inquiries and ensure seamless stays as the friendly and knowledgeable voice behind our brand.

  • Handle all aspects of the booking process, from initial contact to post-stay follow-up, ensuring a perfect match between guests and properties.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our properties to provide tailored recommendations to guests.
  • Assist with the management of rental and guest contracts, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Foster lasting relationships with homeowners and guests, aiming for high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving issues promptly and exceeding expectations.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to prepare properties for guest arrivals and address any in-stay concerns.


  • Vacation rental experience (minimum two years required).
  • Proven sales abilities and meticulous organizational skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, and familiarity with property management software such as Track and Breezeway; adept at learning new technologies.
  • A track record of outstanding customer service, aiming for guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Local knowledge of Longboat Key, Lido Key, and St. Armand’s area is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills, with an outgoing personality to engage effectively with guests and team members.
  • A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required, as well as a valid driver’s license and a clean background check.


Annual Salary: Up to $40,500 based on experience and achievement

Bonus: Bonus opportunities available after six months of employment with OTE $4,000
