POSITION SUMMARY:
Mountain Fork Vacations is on the lookout for a friendly, detail-loving Remote Reservationist to join our team. If you enjoy helping people and want to be part of a team that makes vacation dreams come true, this could be the perfect fit. In this role, you’ll handle booking inquiries, answer guest questions, and help solve any issues that pop up during their stay—all while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll also support the Reservations Manager with a variety of tasks that keep our operations humming. We're looking for someone who’s dependable, upbeat, and takes pride in delivering great service every time. Strong English language skills, both spoken and written are required for this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to booking inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with timely, friendly, and accurate information
- Assist guests before and during their stay, resolving questions or concerns to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience
- Support the Reservations Manager with administrative tasks, system updates, and day-to-day booking operations
- Coordinate with internal teams to relay guest needs and special requests
- Various tasks as assigned by Reservations manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years experience in short term rental space as a reservationist
- Experience using Guesty PMS, Breezeway, Key Data, WhatsApp, a plus but not a requirement
- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
- Microsoft Office experience required
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $6 - $7
Bonus
- Performance based at Christmas time at owner's discretion based on performance and history with the company.
Schedule
- 40 hours per week, peak times will need coverage. Daytime hours in The Philippines.
