POSITION SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a highly organized, dependable, and service-minded individual to join our team as a Reservation & Guest Services Agent. This in-office role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and wants to be part of a close-knit team that delivers exceptional guest experiences.
You’ll serve as the friendly voice and face of Amelia Island Getaways—handling reservations, answering guest inquiries, and supporting the daily operations that keep our company running smoothly. This includes welcoming walk-in guests and owners, coordinating vendor visits, organizing shipments, running local errands, and helping to maintain an organized, well-stocked office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer guest and owner calls, emails, and texts with professionalism and care
- Provide pre-arrival planning and real-time support for guests
- Schedule and dispatch housekeeping, maintenance, and inspections
- Use property management software to track guest communication and service tickets
- Occasionally assist guests onsite, including delivering items to the property
- Coordinate lost & found shipments, charge applicable fees, and close out related tasks
- Greet walk-in guests, vendors, and owners in the office
- Step in to assist with property inspections if a team member is unavailable
- Prioritize tasks based on guest urgency, property readiness, and office needs
- Keep the office clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies
- Manage packages, inventory, and shipments
- Run local errands (e.g., supply pick-ups, post office, bank)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or office coordination
- Local to Amelia Island or surrounding area with reliable transportation
- Friendly, adaptable, and able to handle a wide range of tasks independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using technology and learning new platforms (PMS, messaging tools)
- Excellent communication skills—phone, email, in person
- "No job is beneath me" mindset—willing to pitch in wherever needed
- Able to perform the physical requirements of the role, including sitting for extended periods, occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs), and light office movement; reasonable accommodations can be made
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $23.00
Bonus

Schedule
Employment Type: Full-Time (32 hours/week)
Consistent in-office schedule
One weekday off per week (specific day determined by team needs)
Some weeks may increase to 40 hours during peak periods or staff absences
Weekend and holiday rotation required
Hybrid flexibility may be considered after the training period, depending on performance and team needs
