POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Remote Senior Account Executive at Wheelhouse, you'll represent the company to clients, partners, and the industry. You'll focus on building relationships with prospective clients in the vacation, short-term, and corporate rental sectors.
You will manage a sales funnel of qualified leads, overseeing a full cycle sales process (from prospecting to deal signature, aided by a shared BDR).
Your success will be driven by your ability to communicate effectively, address customer concerns, and demonstrate how our product can drive their success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a funnel of 50-100 active prospects/leads across Wheelhouse sales phases, from prospecting to onboarding. Connect with potential clients via phone/video, build relationships, address objections, answer questions, and demo Wheelhouse Platform features.
- Achieve Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual sales goals (based on portfolio size).
- Learn to use the Wheelhouse platform to “show” rather than “tell” customers how they can successfully onboard and utilize it.
- Coordinate with sales engineers and sales development representatives to support successful customer onboarding.
- Develop personal strategies for outreach and sales relationship development.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales processes and strategies to optimize Wheelhouse sales infrastructure. Share opportunities with the marketing team to help better communicate the Wheelhouse value prop.
- Shape our product to make it even easier to sell to your/our potential clients and play a key role in building a massive, industry-leading company with a passionate team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4 - 6 years of sales experience
- Ideally, 2+ years of experience within the Short-term rental/vacation rental space
- Slight preference (but not essential) for you to be based in Europe to help expand our offering there
- Experience in software sales within the vacation rental industry is required
- Able to demonstrate exceptional communication & sales skills (listening, learning, clarifying, discovery through close)
- You must be eager, accountable, and ready to be a fearless teammate who can help grow and sell the Wheelhouse revenue management platform.
- Effective at cold and warm intros, building rapport & trust with potential customers quickly, and managing sales leads from outreach through signed deals.
- Exceptional time management skills paired with the ability to work independently and thrive with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with CRM software, and a high aptitude for learning new software systems.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Compensation (OTE): $165k - $230k based on experience
