As a Remote Property Management Sales Representative, your mission is simple: bring in new property owners and grow our portfolio. You’ll be the face of Home Team Vacation Rentals, leading conversations, building trust, and showing homeowners why we’re the best partner in vacation rental management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and drive business growth.
- Meet or exceed cold calling quotas and conversion targets consistently.
- Identify and engage potential property owners interested in short-term rental management.
- Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and presentations to showcase our services.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate professionals, and investors.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits of partnering with Home Team Luxury Rentals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to grow our property management portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master of cold-calling– You know how to generate leads, set appointments, and close deals with confidence.
- Understand the art of persuasion– You easily connect with potential clients, are able to handle objections and build trust that turns conversations into conversions.
- Sales experience in real estate or property management – You’ve got proven experience in real estate, vacation rentals, or property management sales.
- Short-term rental expert – You understand the market, the numbers, and what makes a vacation rental business successful.
- Relationship-builder – You’re a natural communicator and negotiator who fosters long-term partnerships.
- Self-motivated closer – You take the initiative, are able to work independently in a remote setting and keep the momentum going.
- Tech-savvy & organized – You’re comfortable using CRM systems and virtual tools to track leads, follow up, and keep deals moving forward.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Compensation: Annual OTE (On Track Earnings) of $130,000 - $150,000 ( base+commission structure )
