POSITION SUMMARY:
Being precise is crucial, and our reputation depends on carefully managing our financial landscape. For that reason, we're seeking a Colombian-based remote Revenue Manager who finds satisfaction in accurately tracking financial details with a knack for clear and analytical thinking. Your primary role will be overseeing our rental listings' revenue management, ensuring accuracy in each owner statement review, reporting, and assistance in financial upkeep.
Reporting directly to our CFO, you'll provide insights on key performance indicators concerning revenue, occupancy, and the overall fiscal health of the business. You’ll also be relied upon to respond to client questions and closely collaborate with our bookkeeping team to maintain financial precision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Revenue management of 68+ rental listings
- Owner statement review and reporting
- Field and address questions/comments and concerns clients have around the revenue of their properties
- Assist our Bookkeeper in maintaining accurate financials.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, finance, or a related field.
- Strong background in revenue management, pricing strategy, or property management.
- Proficiency in data analytics with the capability to derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with tools such as Pricelabs and working knowledge of financial reporting methodologies are preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of dynamic pricing strategies, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration and conveying complex strategies in simplified terms
- Relevant certifications or training in revenue management or data analytics.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Monthly Wage: $800 - $2000 based on experience and achievement
Bonus: Annual bonus awarded based on achievement and performance

Schedule: Must be willing to work Monday through Friday during regular business hours with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
