POSITION SUMMARY:
If you excel at customer service and sales and are detail-oriented, this position was tailor-made for you.
As our Remote Reservations Specialist, your first task will be to learn all about our inventory and policies so that you can confidently promote everything we offer to potential guests.
From your home office, your day-to-day will involve handling incoming calls and messages from online travel agencies like VRBO and Airbnb. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a seamless reservation process, leveraging your people skills and thoroughness.
While this position is remote-first, utilizing Microsoft Teams to connect, those who are local will find added benefits for training and ongoing team building. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales and reservations
- Payment processing
- Promptly and professionally field inbound calls and offer general inquiry assistance.
- Assistance with booking guest experiences and activities.
- Promotion of products such as travel insurance as an addition to vacations.
- Monitor messaging from online travel agencies such as VRBO and Airbnb.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $15 - $16 per hour based on experience and achievement
