POSITION SUMMARY:
We're looking for a self-starting and thorough individual to fill the important position of Property Coordinator (VA), who will oversee our properties in Harrison Hot Springs.
Your mission? Our team will rely on you to expertly manage and optimize this portion of our portfolio, leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance the guest experience.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining our excellent reputation as the primary contact for guests, bridging communication among property owners, guests, and operational teams.
What will a day in this position be like? A productive day as a Property Coordinator Virtual Assistant hinges on leveraging your customer service and tech proficiency to troubleshoot issues and efficiently oversee vacation rentals. On any given day, you could manage direct bookings, update OTA listings, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams, and answer questions from guests and owners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and respond to all guest communications.
- Oversee the onboarding of new properties, ensuring they meet our standards and integrate seamlessly into our property management system, including setting up listing automation.
- Manage and optimize the tech stack, including Guesty and Pricelabs, to enhance property management efficiency.
- Set up and manage a Direct Booking website, handle all direct bookings and maintain listings across multiple OTAs.
- Conduct remote property inspections, coordinating with on-site staff to address maintenance needs and implement improvements.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and streamline operational processes.
- Serve as the main point of contact for property owners, providing updates on performance and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure a seamless turnover between guests and maintain and oversee all high-quality guest communications and support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in vacation rental or property management, ideally within the short-term rental or hospitality industry. (Hotel management experience an asset.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Experience managing a tech stack for property management, including Guesty, Pricelabs, or similar platforms.
- Experience setting up and managing a Direct Booking website.
- Experience managing properties across multiple OTAs: Airbnb, Booking.com VRBO, Expedia, and other OTAs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships with property owners, guests, and team members.
- Operational expertise with a knack for identifying and implementing process improvements.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Monthly Salary: $1,100 - $1,500
Bonus: 13th-month bonus opportunity
