POSITION SUMMARY:
If you're an innovative thinker who challenges the norm, enthusiastically tests hypotheses, and confidently communicates, we want you at Freewyld. We need a self-driven professional who is detail-oriented but always keeps an eye on the big picture to join us as our Junior Revenue Manager while working from anywhere.
Reporting to our Senior Revenue Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving growth for short-term rental portfolios and managing up to 10 RPM (Revenue & Pricing Management) accounts. Each day will involve deep data analysis, strategic pricing decisions, and client interactions directly influencing our clients' success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage pricing for up to 10 client accounts (maximum of 300 listings), analyzing data to uncover insights that inform pricing strategies.
- Adjust nightly rates to maximize revenue, responding to real-time market trends, driving a minimum of 15% increase on each client’s portfolio.
- Advise clients on improvements in marketing and operations.
- Develop strategies for driving 5-star reviews through enhanced guest communication and customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through weekly check-in calls and daily communication via Slack.
- Propose innovative ideas to the RM department for improving pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with our team to continuously refine our revenue management approach.
- Contribute to new client onboarding, setting them up for success from day one.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A positive attitude and success mindset, ready to bring your “A game.”
- 3+ years of experience managing revenue for an STR company or hotel.
- Solid foundation in data analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Education in mathematics, economics, statistics, or econometrics is preferred.
- Strong background in mathematics and statistics.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
Bonus: A profit pool is available for team members vested over a period of time.
