POSITION SUMMARY:

As our Part-time Guest Relations Specialist, you’ll be essential in ensuring guest happiness and unforgettable memories. We're an established company with a reputation for success – and we're excited for you to be part of our continued growth.

With us, you’ll enjoy a consistent workload. That means you can expect to get into a routine with clear guidelines. Reporting to the Property Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for guests staying at our luxurious properties. Our ideal candidate? Someone patient and relaxed, a real team player who loves working at a steady pace and values clear guidelines. This is your dream job if you are passionate about ensuring a smooth guest experience and enjoy working with cooperative and supportive staff.

This is a part-time, overnight, weekend position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as our primary liaison for guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

  • Monitor and respond to guest reviews—document feedback to enhance our service offerings.
  • Assist with processing refunds, guest damages, and Airbnb support cases.
  • Inspect housekeeper photos daily to ensure quality turnovers and a guest-ready home. Coordinate with the maintenance, vendors, or team to provide a positive guest experience.
  • Provide comprehensive details about the property, nearby attractions, and dining recommendations.
  • Regularly offer “orphan” or gap nights to guests to encourage a longer stay.
  • Additional administrative tasks to optimize "back of house" duties, such as recording and logging details of cleaning/ maintenance reports and managing and ordering home inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in guest relations, guest experience, or a similar role in hospitality is required.
  • Experience with OTAs, such as Airbnb, and the ability to understand and navigate policies is highly desired.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and amenities to assist guests in making the most of their stay is needed.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests professionally and courteously.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Must be able to work weekends.
