In the position of Remote Guest Experience Manager, it's your responsibility to provide an exceptional guest experience from beginning to end, resulting in five-star reviews.
A Typical Day:
As our primary point of contact, you’ll engage with our guests before, during, and after their stay from your home office (or wherever you are that day). You’ll promptly, professionally, and accurately address inquiries, handling task management through our software. We’ll also depend on you to coordinate with our cleaning staff to make sure that our properties are cleaned to our highest standards and ready to welcome the next guests.
The rest of your time will be spent providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing data, and maintaining files.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guest Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally and resolving any issues that arise.
- Review Management: Actively work towards maintaining our standard of 5-star reviews by managing feedback loops and implementing strategies for service improvement based on guest suggestions.
- Team Coordination: Liaise effectively with other team members to ensure all guest needs are addressed promptly and efficiently, enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Tool and Software Proficiency: Utilize the tools and software provided to track guest interactions, manage schedules, and maintain records. Ensure all information is up-to-date and accessible.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. You must be able to convey information clearly and persuasively to both guests and team members.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of handling unexpected situations and providing solutions that align with StellarDwellerʼs standards.
- Technologically Savvy: Comfortable using guest management software and tools to enhance service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field is highly desirable.
- Self-starter: Able to work well independently in a remote working situation as well as lead and collaborate with your team.
- Must have experience using Breezeway

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $12 - $16 per hour based on experience and achievement.
