RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain accurate financial records, manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare and distribute detailed monthly statements for property owners, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Use dynamic pricing tools to adjust nightly rates based on market trends, seasonality and occupancy.
- Assist with the preparation of sales and tourist development tax filings.
- Monitor revenue performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
- Manage financial and pricing systems, including tools like Quickbooks, Guesty or similar platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Requires proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management, preferably in the vacation rental or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks, Excel and revenue management software (e.g., dynamic pricing tools like PriceLabs ).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of short-term rental tax regulations is a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $7 - $12 per hour based on experience and achievement.
