POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Quality Experience Specialist to join our team! This role is responsible for inspecting rental properties to ensure they meet our high cleanliness and maintenance standards. You will conduct property inspections, document housekeeping and maintenance issues, and create work orders for necessary repairs. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly impact guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Property Inspections & Quality Control

  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties after cleaning to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Identify and document cleaning deficiencies, damages, or maintenance issues.
  • Verify that all guest essentials (linens, toiletries, and amenities) are properly stocked.
  • Ensure the staging and presentation of each property align with company guidelines.

Housekeeping & Maintenance Issue Reporting

  • Provide real-time feedback to housekeeping teams for immediate corrections.
  • Report maintenance concerns (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC issues) and ensure proper documentation.
  • Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve recurring quality issues.

Work Order Creation & Follow-Up

  • Create detailed work orders for maintenance and repairs, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Assign and track work orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate with vendors, technicians, and maintenance teams regarding urgent repairs.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain inspection reports to track recurring housekeeping and maintenance concerns.
  • Identify trends in property issues and recommend improvements to prevent future occurrences.
  • Participate in quality control meetings and contribute to process enhancement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • 1+ years of experience in housekeeping inspections, property management, hospitality, or quality control.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot cleaning and maintenance deficiencies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
  • Proficiency in using inspection checklists, work order systems, and reporting tools.
  • Tech-savvy – comfortable using property management software and mobile inspection apps.
  • Problem-solving mindset – able to address issues quickly and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Must be organized and able to manage multiple property inspections per day.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and after-hours as needed.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Range:$20 - $21 based on experience
