POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Quality Assurance & Operations Assistant, you will ensure that our properties are always check-in ready and meet the highest quality standards for the best possible stays.
In this role, your daily tasks will vary. You'll begin by assessing the day's priorities, focusing on properties with check-ins and departures. Your responsibilities will include visiting these sites to conduct thorough inspections, where you’ll note any maintenance issues that need attention and report them to our maintenance team.
In your capacity as an Operations Assistant, you will perform a range of critical tasks. These include running errands, maintaining inventory levels in our office and properties, and preparing amenity kits for housekeepers. You'll also create welcome bags for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct quality assurance housekeeping inspections to ensure cleaning is adequate
- Act as a runner to carry out necessary errands during the shift
- Assist with maintaining appropriate inventory in office, storage, and properties
- Create amenity bags for housekeepers
- Create welcome bags for guests
- Tracking, Unpacking shipments, verifying contents, and recording information
- Conduct in-home inspections for guest arrival & departure and report all damage and maintenance as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality industry experience is preferred.
- Previous quality assurance or inspection role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solver
- Strong communication and technology skills. Comfortable with smartphone and computer technologies.
- Able to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Hourly Wage: $23

Schedule: This position offers full-time hours and requires the flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed to accommodate guest arrivals and departures.
