POSITION SUMMARY:
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing daily inspection operations to ensure all properties meet Liquid Life’s cleanliness, readiness, and quality standards prior to guest, owner, and VIP arrivals. This role serves as the central coordination point between QA inspectors, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Maintenance, and Operations to ensure inspections are completed accurately, on time, and with clear communication.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspection Assignment & Oversight
- Assign QA team members to:
- Departure Inspections
- Deep Clean Inspections
- Back-to-Back Inspections
- Owner Arrival Inspections
- VIP Arrival Inspections
- Stage for Photos
- Assign On Site Packet Deliveries and ensure they are ready for pickup
- Verify the correct inspection type is assigned in Breezeway
- Adjust assignments throughout the day based on:
- Staffing availability
- Unit priority
- Arrival times
- Operational urgency
Daily Operations & Service Counter Management
- Monitor progress of all scheduled inspections throughout the day
- Proactively notify Guest Services of:
- Delays
- At-risk arrivals
- VIP or Owner concerns
- Assign deliveries and special requests to runners
- Issue Liquid Life–approved supplies and provide instruction as needed
- Serve as the point of decision-making for inspection-related issues at the service counter
- Supplies - Ensure the Service Counter is stocked and ready for distribution.
Vendor & Resource Coordination
- Schedule professional services with approved vendors when required
- Ensure mileage reports are submitted, reviewed, and approved weekly
- Maintain accountability for:
- Inspector keys
- Key inventories
- Access control
- Ensure all generated door codes are properly added to Breezeway tasks
Quality Control & Standards
- Ensure inspections meet Liquid Life’s cleanliness and readiness standards
- Identify incomplete or substandard work and initiate corrective actions
- Communicate inspection feedback and delays to Housekeeping leadership in a timely manner
- Support Housekeeping leadership with operational needs, escalations, or reassignments
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all departments across Liquid Life
- Monitor and respond to:
- Front inbox
- Slack
- Akia
- Other operational communication channels
- Ensure time-sensitive issues are escalated appropriately
- Attend meetings as required and provide operational updates when needed
Documentation & Scheduling
- Maintain and update Google Docs related to QA operations, including:
- Deep Clean schedules
- Inspection tracking documents
- Operational reference materials
- Ensure documentation is accurate, current, and shared with appropriate stakeholders
- Forecast scheduling for upcoming day(s)and assign tasks in advance
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Provide guidance and feedback to QA inspectors to improve performance and consistency
- Identify trends, recurring issues, and training needs
- Support process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and guest satisfaction
- Uphold and model Liquid Life’s standards, values, and commitment to quality
Staffing & Training
- Qualify Potential Quality Assurance Team members
- Schedule interviews
- Qualify/paperwork or rejection
- Coordinate with an approved trainer (one who has consistently proven to understand as well as execute the Liquid Life cleaning standards, protocols and procedures) and set up

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $25.00
