POSITION SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a reliable and guest-focused Property Support Tech to join our team in Steamboat Springs, CO. In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure our guests have an enjoyable stay by preparing arrival packets, greeting incoming winter guests, and assisting with any guest or owner needs that come up.
You’ll also be responsible for keeping common areas, public restrooms, parking lots, and walkways clean and well-maintained. This role involves delivering requested supplies, taking care of equipment and materials, and stepping in wherever needed to support the overall guest experience. If you enjoy sometimes getting out from behind a desk, in addition to be hardworking and enjoy creating welcoming spaces, we’d love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare arrival packets and greets incoming winter guests.
- Create keys, reservations, work orders, and responds to guest and owner issues.
- Clean and upkeep the front desk areas, ski valet lounge, and common area vestibules routinely.
- Responsible for overall cleaning of common areas, public restrooms, parking areas, and walkways.
- Perform light maintenance duties in units or common areas, or may assist maintenance in performing tasks.
- Assist housekeepers with moving heavy furniture, appliances, and accessing high areas.
- Pick up litter and debris from grounds, walkways and common areas, may perform snow removal from common areas and walkways seasonally
- Report any maintenance problems observed on property (exterior or interior).
- Drive to and from properties in a safe and lawful manner, always being mindful of safety and adherence to the rules of the road.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of Hospitality or Property Management experience
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Use of leaf blower, pressure washer, and gardening skills are a plus.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record to comply with our insurance requirements of non-livery drivers.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $21 - $25
